Warner Bros. ha annunciato che LEGO Batman 3: Gotham e Oltre sarà disponibile il 13 novembre 2014 sulle seguenti piattaforme: PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Wii U, 3DS e PC.
Oltre alla data d’uscita, è stata mostrata anche una nuova Key-art che con ogni probabilità, comparirà sulla cover ufficiale del gioco. Inoltre, vi ricordiamo che nel ricco cast dei doppiatori, che comprende Troy Baker, Laura Bailey e Travis Willingham, figurerà anche Adam West, il Batman della serie televisiva del 1966.
